The App does not provide medical or dental advice. All information provided—whether by the AI assistant, blogs, or other users—is for educational purposes only and should not be interpreted as medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional consultation. Always seek the advice of a qualified dentist or healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a dental or medical condition.
When you request a dentist to complete or verify your implant information, you authorize the sharing of necessary data between you and that dentist within the App. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information provided by any dentist or third party.
The App includes an AI-based chatbot designed to provide general guidance about implants, oral care, and related topics. AI responses are automatically generated and may not be reviewed by a licensed professional. You agree not to rely solely on AI responses for any medical or dental decisions.
The App may display nearby clinics or dentists based on your location or search criteria. Listings are provided for convenience and informational purposes only. We do not endorse, control, or guarantee the quality of services offered by listed clinics or professionals.
You may upload or input personal implant information, notes, and other data into the App. You retain ownership of your data but grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, and display it solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.
You agree not to upload, post, or share any content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.
Your privacy is important to us. The collection and use of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the processing of your data as described in that policy.
All content, trademarks, design elements, and other materials provided through the App are the property of Implant Passport or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
